Orange Beach Meal Prep is a component of Orange Beach Fitness working to provide fresh, pre-cooked meals that are ready to heat and serve throughout the day. OBMP is family owned and operated by Cindy Ross, and her niece, Kali, a spirited young entrepreneur.
We make eating healthy a true convenience with your dietary needs in mind.

Local Delivery
We bring the meal prep right to your front door with our delicious ready to heat and serve meals. Each meal will include heating instructions on the label.
Other Locations
Orders must be placed one week or more prior to local delivery. If shipping out of state, please order two weeks in advanced to allow for one-week delivery time. Check back regularly for new and seasonal menu items. Auto-ordering is available. To preserve the integrity of freshness, we are unable to ship internationally.

Orange Beach Meal Prep was designed as the nutritional component to Orange Beach Fitness by Cindy and Jason Ross of Orange Beach, Alabama, where they have built their personal training business helping people worldwide crush their weight loss and fitness goals. The nutritional component of Orange Beach Fitness serves individual meals prepared with your great health in mind. You do not need to be a personal training client of the Ross’s to enjoy their meal prep service.
There is also a young entrepreneur blossoming in Cindy and Jason’s niece, Kali, who is working to support the everyday production of the business. Kali is learning about client servicing, budgeting, simple meal preparations, proper food handling and safety in the kitchen. Kali is seeing firsthand how important proper nutrition is at every age and is enthusiastic about her new business venture with her aunt and uncle.
Cindy Ross has a master’s in nutrition and has published several articles, books, and cookbooks about eating for optimal health. Owner of Life Wellness Forever, Cindy works closely with her clients to develop personalized nutritional therapy for her clients.
Nutrition therapy is essential for anyone living with a hormonal imbalance, digestive issues, thyroid disease, auto-immune disease, and the symptoms associated.
Cindy was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis at the age of 19 and has suffered through the unpleasantness of this autoimmune disease. She understands that the functional nature of diseases can feel overwhelming if you allow the disease to take control of your life and she is here to help you.
